Paul Chaon
Paul focuses his practice on criminal defense, personal injury, family law, and other litigation matters.
Paul has prior experience in both the private sector in a medium size law firm and as a prosecutor in Montana’s largest county attorney’s office. He has successfully tried over a dozen different cases in front of a jury on charges that include felony DUI, domestic violence, stalking, and homicide. Paul has also reached favorable client outcomes in trial on multiple divorce and parenting plan cases involving contentious child custody issues and substantial (million dollar plus) assets.
Paul has represented individuals, businesses, and municipalities in state and federal courts. He has presented training to law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges. Paul is admitted to practice before all Montana State Courts and the United States District Courts in Montana.
Paul was born and raised in Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University (Barrett Honors College) and his law degree from Gonzaga University.
