Cydney Kurth
Cydney was raised in Billings, Montana. She graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana with an Agricultural Business and Economics degree, and graduated law school in 2023 from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
Cydney’s primary practice area is criminal defense. She is admitted to practice in the State of Montana District Courts and U.S. District Courts of Montana. In law school, Cydney worked at a private firm in Spokane, Washington doing criminal defense. She assisted clients charged with DUI, domestic violence, and other misdemeanors. She also volunteered with the Moderate Means Program at Gonzaga University helping individuals in need of legal services acquire representation with attorneys from all over the State of Washington for family law, unemployment, and landlord-tenant matters.
