      <image:caption>Fred Snodgrass graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2001. After almost three years in the Yellowstone County Attorney's Office as a prosecutor, he transitioned into private practice in 2004 to provide a variety of legal services to people in Montana. Fred has focused on Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury cases.  Fred is a Peer Rated Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell and in 2020 Fred was the recipient of the State Bar of Montana’s Bousliman Professionalism Award.  That award is given to one attorney annually for the State of Montana.  In 2021 Fred was awarded the Yellowstone Area Bar Association’s Professionalism award.  Fred has worked with treatment courts in Montana since 2006 and has presented on treatment courts nationally.  While maintaining his fulltime practice in Montana, Fred joined the Faculty for All Rise’s Impaired Driving Solutions division in 2022 (formerly the National Association of Drug Court Professionals).</image:caption>

      <image:caption>A.J. began his career in the legal field working for a firm in Salt Lake City where he assisted in cases involving major U.S controversies including suits against the FBI and CIA, amongst other clerking duties. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Utah while playing football, A.J. moved to Idaho to attend school at the University of Idaho College of Law. While there, he participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, worked hand in hand with the University’s General Counsel, and advised a small construction company with their business. A.J. came to his current position in 2022 after clerking for the Honorable Mary Jane Knisely in the Thirteenth Judicial District. A.J. quickly proved himself an effective trial attorney who handles cases in family and criminal law, construction contracts, personal injury, and other civil litigation matters. He prides himself most on upholding the Constitution and ensuring that all clients are represented equally and have the same access to justice. A.J. is a zealous advocate for those that do not feel like they have any other other place to turn and for those that need help.</image:caption>

In law school, Cydney worked at a private firm in Spokane, Washington doing criminal defense. She assisted clients charged with DUI, domestic violence, and other misdemeanors.       <image:caption>Christopher began his legal career in 2001 as a law clerk for the now retired Honorable Gregory Todd in the Montana Thirteenth Judicial District. He then started in 2002 as a Deputy Yellowstone County Attorney until 2006 when he went to work for the Brown Law Firm primarily working civil defense cases. Chrisopher returned to prosecution in 2008 when he returned to the YCAO as a general felony prosecutor. In 2015 he joined the management team of the YCAO and then in 2017 he became the Chief Deputy County Attorney overseeing all operations of the office. In 2024 he joined Frontier Law Firm. During his practice he has handled most every type of criminal case from minor traffic to homicide jury trials. He has completed over 100 jury trials covering nearly every area of criminal law including juveniles charged as adults.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Michael Malone served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008, earning an honorable discharge. While assigned to a Marine Expeditionary Unit (MUE), he deployed to multiple countries. When not deployed he served as a law enforcement officer on base, gaining firsthand experience in military justice and security operations.  Following his service, he completed his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Wyoming, then went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the Potter Law Club—now known as the John Burman Student Government—and was an active participant in several legal clinics. Through his work with Legal Aid of Wyoming, the University of Wyoming Defender Aid Clinic, and the Civil Legal Services Clinic, he helped secure favorable outcomes for clients across multiple judicial districts in Wyoming. His academic excellence was recognized with the CALI Award for the highest grade in his Criminal Law course. After passing the bar, he moved to Montana to begin his legal career with the Office of the State Public Defender, where he earned the state’s “Rookie of the Year” award. He later gained experience in family law at a private firm before returning to his primary focus: criminal defense. With a background rooted in service, both military and legal, he brings commitment, experience, and a client-first mindset to every case.</image:caption>
